Matt first created Full Force Fitness in 2009. He wanted a business that would facilitate the growth of the community by using his background in Massage, Personal Training, Health and Life Coaching. During his pursuit of health and wellness for others he had his own struggles with weight gain, and heart failure. He transformed his mind, body and now puts all his time, energy and effort into the mind, body and soul of the Full Force Fitness Community.
In 2016, Kelly joined the scene in partnering with Matt with the same vision and goals. Together they aim to help as many people as possible grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.
